1 General Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between csino ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the csino platform available at csino.vip. By accessing any part of the platform — whether or not you have created an account — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately. Continued use of csino constitutes ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms as published on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

csino reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. 3 Account Registration & Verification

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one csino account. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your csino account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person and must not allow any third party to access your account. csino will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. 4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the csino platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner at all times. The following obligations apply to all registered players and must be adhered to continuously throughout the lifetime of your account.

Your Obligations

• You must use the platform only for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• You must keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with any other person.

Prohibited Conduct

8 Account Suspension & Closure

csino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if csino reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur, or if required to do so for regulatory, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Player-Initiated Closure

Any player may request the closure of their csino account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Before closure is finalised, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered bKash or Nagad wallet after standard KYC verification is confirmed. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will be cancelled upon closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to cease gambling activity may request a self-exclusion. Self-exclusion is processed immediately by our support team and prevents all access to the account for the duration of the exclusion period — which may be set from a minimum of six months to a permanent lifetime exclusion. 9 Limitation of Liability

csino provides the platform and all services on it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform operates reliably — with a target uptime of above 99.9% — we cannot guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and unforeseen technical events may cause temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, csino's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

csino shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive loss or damage — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of anticipated savings, or reputational damage — even if csino has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit csino's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Force Majeure

csino shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond csino's reasonable control — including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, strikes, or civil unrest. In such circumstances, csino's obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event.

Third-Party Content

Game content, live casino streams, and sports betting data displayed on the csino platform are supplied by third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). csino is not responsible for errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies in third-party content, though we will take all reasonable steps to resolve issues that are reported to us in a timely manner.

10 Amendments & Governing Law

csino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes — those that significantly affect player rights, deposit or withdrawal rules, or bonus policies — will be communicated to registered players via an in-platform notification and/or an email to the address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing policy, or updates to listed payment providers) may take effect immediately without prior notice.

The version of the Terms in effect at the time a dispute arises shall be the version that governs that dispute. Players who do not agree with an amended version of the Terms must cease using the platform and may request account closure under the procedure described in Section 8. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, that provision shall be severed from the rest of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never been included.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and csino with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless the other document explicitly states otherwise.
